Are SmartCBD products third-party tested?

Yes! We’ve been passionate about providing third party test results.

You can access our third party test results for our products using QR Codes!

QR Codes – simply download a QR code app, scan the QR code on the back or side of the product and the test results will pop up.

Does SmartCBD ship to all 50 states?

Yes. We ship our proprietary organic hemp oil extracts to all 50 states. The United States Farm Bill of 2014/ 2018 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3%.

THC. Because SmartCBD products contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed by U.S. Federal law to conveniently ship to your doorstep.

Do you ship to Military bases?

We do ship to domestic military bases (within the 50 United States) -we need the address formatted in the proper military format for USPS. Please see the correct formatting below:

Can I purchase your CBD oil in a store?

Click here for a link to our store. We recommend calling these stores before going in to make sure they have SmartCBD CBD oil in stock (stores sometimes sell out quickly).

When does the product expire?

Without refrigeration, the product will last for 12 months. Refrigeration is completely optional but will extend the shelf life of the product to 18 months.

Making changes to an Order

Unfortunately, after an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it. We do this to avoid any higher percentage of errors in the Fulfillment process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order! Please send a photo of the damage/issue with the product as well as a photo of your invoice within 72 hours to cbdpharmacist@smartscriptpharmacy.com.
